As a neurodivergent therapist, it was important to me that this space be thoughtfully designed to be a sensorily soothing haven that helps you settle so that you can deepen into your work with intention.

  • The address is: 1155 N Sherman St, suites 306, 308, Denver, CO 80203

    My office is on the 3rd floor.

  • There is 1 Hour parking available in the lot attached to the building.

    Additionally, there is street parking - both free and metered.

  • The building does not have an elevator, so unfortunately it is not wheelchair-accessible. My office is on the 3rd floor.

    There are 2 single-use, gender-neutral bathrooms right outside my office that lock automatically and I can provide you access to.

    *If you would like to participate in a therapy intensive but this office does not meet your accessibility needs, we can either meet online, or we can discuss the possibility of me traveling to you. Please let me know during our free consult if you have any requests around this.

  • The office is designed to be sensory-soothing, particularly for highly sensitive & neurodivergent people. That being said, each person's nervous system is unique, so please let me know if you have specific needs or sensitivities (sight, sound, smell, texture, etc.).

    There are a few different seats to choose from, and each is soft and comfortable.

    There are plenty of fidget toys, pillows, and blankets (including a weighted one).

    There are two yoga mats, and you are welcome to stretch & move around during our sessions.

    There are lamps with soft lighting, as well as candles. There is no overhead or fluorescent lighting.

    There are noise machines directly outside the office and fans available in the office for both cooling and extra white noise.

    There may be an incense fragrance in the office, which impacts each person's senses differently. Please let me know beforehand if you have a sensitivity to smells.
