As a trauma therapist specializing in working with neurodivergent, highly sensitive, and high-achieving adults, I understand that you might carry the weight of your experiences in ways that feel isolating or overwhelming. It can be difficult to navigate the world when you feel different, deeply attuned to your environment, or like you’re always striving for more—often at the expense of your own well-being.

In our work together, I work with you to create a safe (maybe you haven’t experienced safety before; in that case safe-enough) and compassionate space where you can begin to unravel the layers of stress, anxiety, and trauma that may be keeping you stuck. I draw on a trauma-informed, integrative approach that blends traditional therapy with body-focused practices such as trauma-informed yoga therapy, EMDR, and Parts Work. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels gentle, empowering, and deeply restorative.

If you're seeking more focused work on an expedited timeline, I offer 1 and 2-day EMDR and Parts Work therapy intensives with Ketamine and without. These allow us to dive deep into areas that might need more time or focus than a traditional session. These intensives are designed to create significant shifts in a short period, while still maintaining a compassionate and supportive approach.
Incorporating Your Body’s Wisdom
Emotions and trauma are stored in the body, and we need to honor both the mind and body in healing. Through trauma-informed yoga therapy, we explore how to release tension, find grounding, and build resilience from within. These practices complement traditional therapy, helping to regulate the nervous system and bring you into a place of balance.
Longer Retreats for Transformation
If you're looking for a more immersive experience. I offer longer retreats that provide space for deeper healing, connection, and renewal. These retreats allow you to step away from the busyness of life and immerse yourself in a supportive, nurturing, and natural environment where you can reconnect with your true self and heal in community.

For those who prefer or need virtual sessions, I also provide therapy from anywhere in Colorado, including Boulder, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs. Whether we meet in person or virtually, you will receive the same high level of care and attention to your unique needs.
