Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

For those ready to explore deeper healing, I offer KAP in a safe and supportive setting. Using ketamine as a tool, these sessions can help unlock insights, ease treatment-resistant depression or anxiety, and create space for profound emotional release.

Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy:

If you’re looking for a more somatic approach, I offer gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices designed to help you reconnect with your body and calm your nervous system in a trauma-sensitive way.

1-, 2- or 3-Day Intensives
