It is important to me that therapeutic services remain accessible to those in need. In order to allow these services to be available to all who seek them out, please consider my pay-it-forward philosophy. It takes a generous few to pay more in order to help support those who are not able to afford as much to keep their mental health a priority. Here are some questions to consider:

What is your mental health and the mental health of your community members worth to you?

As we are all part of a community, would you invest to help someone work on their mental health and well-being?

What positive implications can you imagine for our society if more people in the community were able to prioritize their mental health and well-being?

Please let me know what you feel you can afford. Paying Reduced fees and pro-bono services will be offered on a limited basis.

*Consider that 60% of the cost of a session goes to me, with the remaining percentages left to cover the business operations (rent, training, increased offerings etc.) and those that need to pay limited/lower rates.
